Phillip Horsley
THE PRESIDENT
Phillip Horsley served as Parliamentarian of the Kirtland Central High School Business Professionals of America (KCHS BPA) before becoming the 37th Vice President under President Kayla Badoni from November 2024 to February 2025. As President, Horsley has strengthened the chapter’s leadership and fostered a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring the continued success of KCHS BPA.
Phillip Horsley is the 37th President of the Kirtland Central High School Business Professionals of America (KCHS BPA) organization. With a proven track record of leadership and dedication, Phillip has played a crucial role in advancing the mission of KCHS BPA to empower students and foster professional excellence.
Prior to his presidency, Phillip served as the 37th Vice President under President Kayla Badoni from November 2024 to February 2025, where he demonstrated exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Before that, Phillip held the position of Parliamentarian, further showcasing his ability to guide the chapter with integrity and a deep understanding of parliamentary procedures.
On February 17, 2025, Phillip officially took over as President of KCHS BPA, bringing with him a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and success. As President, Phillip continues to inspire and lead the chapter, encouraging its members to reach new heights in academic and professional development.
Through his roles as Parliamentarian, Vice President, and now President, Phillip has consistently exemplified the values of leadership, teamwork, and service, leaving a lasting impact on the organization and its members.
